Tracking
Tracking information is usually available 24-48 hours on the courier site after you receive a shipping notification email from Snapfish.
Missed Deliveries
Snapfish orders are delivered via a national courier network, New Zealand Post eParcel service, or regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order may be taken back to a courier’s local depot or post office. In this case, a driver will leave a calling card, which has all relevant contact details of the delivery address, so that you can arrange collection of your order.
Deliveries to Office/University
If you are shipping an order to an office or university address, please make sure to include the name your business in the address. Otherwise your order might be recorded as an unknown address and returned to the sender.
No PO Box/Private Locker Deliveries
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Private Lockers.
New Zealand Customs Clearance and obtaining a Customs Number
Snapfish produces and ships your order from our production facility in Australia to New Zealand.
Any order, or combination of orders, above $1000 requires formal clearance through New Zealand Customs and you will be asked to obtain a customs number and provide it on the cart page.
You can obtain a customs number via this link: https://www.customs.govt.nz/personal/send-and-receive-items/customs-number. All duties for the custom clearance process has already been paid. No further payments are required.
Any orders above $1000 are subject to New Zealand Customs Clearance and may incur a further 2 weeks delivery delay in addition to the proposed estimated delivery date on the cart page.
